Our annual events bring the Chamber community together to celebrate accomplishments, foster connections, and provide opportunities for learning and engagement.
From formal ceremonies and educational forums to social gatherings and networking, each event supports professional growth and strengthens community ties, including our Awards Dinner, Golf Outings, Business Luncheon, Corporate Appreciation Luncheon, Annual Meeting and Board Election, Industry Outlook, and our Fun @ 5 Events.
These signature events highlight the Chamber’s commitment to connecting members and recognizing their contributions. Explore the full lineup of our annual events below to see how you can participate, connect, and celebrate with the Chamber community.
The Annual Awards Dinner is the premiere Chamber event, a Superbowl of networking where community members who have made significant contributions are recognized and honored. The program includes a pre-glow, scotch and cigar bar, sweets and spirits giveaways, social media lounge, and an afterglow that offers dessert stations and an ice bar, cigar bar and so much more. Tables are distributed by sponsorship and the event sells out each year.
The Annual Golf Outings are held in June (Shenandoah) and August (Wabeek). Outings include lunch and dinner, a goody bag, drinks and snacks on the course, an auction, and a raffle. 144 golfers gather at each event to vie for the bragging rights and trophy. Great giveaways make this the game to go to. Sells out early every year.
The Corporate Appreciation Luncheon is a feel-good “thank you” event for our Corporate members. We serve a high-style lunch and spoil our suits with fun entertainment. By invitation only.
The Annual Business Luncheon brings Business and Corporate Members together to explore each other’s business booths before a delicious luncheon is served. Guest speakers—usually political candidates or local business leaders—answer questions from the media personality host and the audience. Ticket purchase is required.
The Annual Meeting and Board Election, held each year in November, is necessary to ensure the leadership is engaged and the Board of Directors has all seats filled. It is also an opportunity to hear about the Chamber and Foundation’s accomplishments and future plans.
CACC’s Industry Outlook is meant to be an educational forum that allows members to interact with professionals in specified fields and ask industry-related questions. Topics are decided after polling our members.
Fun @ 5 events are planned to provide a casual atmosphere for socializing and networking. May include mixers with other organizations. Free appetizers and discounted or free drinks are provided.
