July 5 – Open House

The Chamber is now hosting an open house for all members on the first Thursday of each month! All members
are welcome to participate by sharing ideas, pitching special products or services or obtain the Chamber’s
assistance with local government. The hours of the open house are 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Reservations are encouraged but not necessary. Please feel free to contact the Chamber office
at 248-996-8340 if you have any questions.

June 21 – Ninth Annual Golf Outing

The Chaldean Community Foundation’s Ninth Annual Golf Outing
will take place on Thursday, June 21 at Shenandoah Country Club.
The fun-filled event includes 18 holes of golf with on-course
promotions, contests, a hole-in-one car giveaway, cigars,
cocktails, dinner and a live auction.

Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. and gunshot scramble is at noon.

June 8, 9 & 10 – Seventh Annual Chaldean Festival

The Chaldean Festival, co-hosted by the Chaldean Community Foundation and the City of Southfield, celebrates the rich culture of Detroit’s estimated 120,000 Chaldeans. The three-day festival includes
live music, carnival rides and games, children’s activities, food and merchant booths and family fun entertainment for all.

Join us June 8: 5pm to 10 pm, June 9 Noon to 10pm and June 10 Noon to 10pm at the
Southfield Civic Center lawn. Proceeds from the festival benefit the Chaldean Community
Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 charity.

June 7 – Member Orientation

Members are welcome to attend an informational luncheon session the first Thursday of each
month from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Chamber office. Discover how your membership
works for you!

Join fellow members to learn more about the Chamber and its offerings. Members will meet
the Chamber staff and ambassadors and familiarize themselves with the chamber and all the
perks that come along with the investment of a membership.

The next orientation is scheduled for Thursday, June 7 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Please
