Project Bismutha provides access to a care network and donated medical services provided at the offices
of the individual participating physicians of the Chaldean American Association of Health Professionals (CAAHP).
Our volunteer healthcare providers are committed to improving the health and well-being of medically uninsured Chaldean adults by providing
donated healthcare and access to prescription medications.
What is CAAHP?
The Chaldean American Association for Health Professionals (CAAHP) is a compassionate group of medical professionals within our community.
They work to deliver quality donated medical care to Project Bismutha clients in need.
Project Bismutha is a program of the Chaldean American Association of Health Professionals affiliated with the Chaldean Community
Foundation with support from St. Thomas the Apostle Chaldean Catholic Diocese – USA.
Who is Eligible?
Project Bismutha is open to adult members of the Metro Detroit Iraqi Christian community who are:
▪ Between the ages of 19 and 64 years old
▪ Completely medically uninsured
▪ Meet the financial eligibility guidelines
▪ Not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare
▪ Legal residents of the United States
